Alaska Floats & Skis' office is conveniently located on Christiansen Lake, less than four miles from beautiful downtown Talkeetna. Talkeetna is about two and a half hours north of Anchorage and five hours south of Fairbanks, off of the Parks Highway.

Directions From Anchorage
Head north out of town on Highway 1 and then north on Highway 3 to the Talkeetna Spur Road at Mile 99. On the Talkeetna Spur Road, turn right heading East at Mile 12 onto Comsat Road. Travel .7 miles on Comsat Road, then left on Christiansen Lake Road for another .7 miles, then right again on Botner Drive for about .2 miles. We are at the end of the road on the left, in front of the big house with the deck. The dock is just down the hill from the office, allowing for easy movement from the classroom to the cockpit.
The Lodging that we provide is also easy walking distance from the dock, so you don't have to spend your time getting back and forth.
